We believe that’s because we put our teams in the best possible position to achieve what they’re capable of, by sharing our expertise, dealing with admin and support functions, and caring about happiness.
We pride ourselves on recognising that the definition of support can be very different depending on a person’s situation, and we do everything we can to show flexibility in how we provide it.
That means that we prioritise flexible working through dedicated days off and outsourced out of hours, we offer six weeks of holiday as standard and provide enhanced sick pay for all team members.

Sean Cleary
Clinical Support
Sean provides clinical backup and mentoring when our team ask for it without the inference of big business. Our team have the clinical freedom to do it their way.

Finance & People
Jane and her team ensure the smooth running of the practice removing the stress and sleepless nights. Whether it's HR headaches or cash flow questions the North Star Vets team will guide you.

With over 25 practice openings and renovations to date Richard knows what it takes to build successful veterinary practices where vets and nurses thrive.
Rhys Peters
Westbrook Vets practice lead
Rhys graduated in 2014 and had a range of experiences including running practices across a regional area near Wrexham before launching Westbrook Vets in 2022.
Becky Crossfield
Sandymoor Vets practice lead
Becky graduated in 2014 and saw a variety of practice including emergency out of hours work before launching Sandymoor Vets in 2022.
Rachel Dean
Burford Lane Vets practice lead
Rachel graduated in 1998, and has worked in small animal practice ever since, progressing to partner in another practice in 2017, before launching Burford Lane in 2021.
